How to Run a Chapter
Each chapter may operate mostly under their own jurisdiction, but all chapters will work together in creating a more economically aware community for all:
- The goal and responsibility of each club is to learn and create new content in the fields of finance and economics in order to further community knowledge and the EAP as a whole
- Branching out and connecting with local opportunities
- This includes completing tasks assigned from the EAP management

Objective
The primary goal of each club is to enhance community knowledge and contribute to the Economics Awareness Program (EAP) by learning and creating new content in finance and economics.
Club Meetings Checklist
Club Responsibilities
Learn and grow as an entity in the fields of economics and personal finance. Please complete tasks for volunteer hours assigned from the EAP management for the betterment of your learning!

1. Follow Instructions from EAP Management:

Assist in developing new knowledge for the EAP curriculum.

Complete assignments given between meetings, such as creating infographics, writing educational blogs, and generating easy-to-follow informational modules.
2. Engage with Provided Curriculum:

Review and discuss the curriculum material provided by EAP.

Participate in finance-related activities and games to enhance learning.
3. Seek External Opportunities:

Proactively reach out to school administrators and other local educational leaders for opportunities to support finance or education initiatives in the community.

EAP management will provide support by offering email templates and promotional flyers.
Additional Information
Teacher Advisor and Members:

Each club must have one dedicated teacher advisor.

A minimum of seven student members is required to establish a club.
Meeting Locations:

Meetings can be held in school classrooms, libraries, or other suitable spaces.

Online meetings are an option to accommodate remote members and provide flexibility.
Technology Requirements:

Access to computers, iPads, or similar devices is recommended. These tools will be essential for accessing curriculum content, online resources, and conducting research.

1. Welcome and Introductions (2-3 minutes):

Start the meeting with a warm welcome.

Introduce any new members
2. Review of Previous Meeting (2-3 minutes):

Provide a recap of key points and activities from the last meeting.
3. Educational Segment (5-10 minutes):

Present a topic from the economics curriculum through lectures, guest speakers, videos, or discussions.

Two students can prepare and give a brief presentation on the selected topic.
4. Volunteer Activity (20-25 minutes):

Engage in tasks such as creating new content for the EAP curriculum, participating in debates, case studies, or simulations.
5. Closing Remarks and Announcements (5 minutes):

Summarize the meeting’s key points.

Announce upcoming events or deadlines.

Assign two students to prepare a presentation for the next meeting.

Assign tasks to members outside of meeting to ensure completion of tasks assigned by EAP
